The original leases ran for 99 years from 29 September 1987. On 1 May 2015 the freehold was purchased for £121,600 by Lawrencedale Court (Freehold) Limited of which 14 of the 16 are members. The 14 members of Lawrencedale Court (Freehold) Limited extended their leases after buying the freehold. The two remaining leaseholders' for number 5 and 12 run for 99 years to 28 September 2086.
